ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
DEADLINE: March 1st, 2026
We invite the submission of scientific abstracts covering key areas in infectious diseases, including:
- HIV: prevention strategies, antiretroviral therapy, and patient-centered models of care
- Viral hepatitis: advances in diagnosis, treatment, and elimination strategies
- Pediatric infectious diseases: tailoring medical care
- Vaccine-preventable diseases: burden, impact, and future directions
- Antimicrobial resistance: current challenges and evolving strategies in bacterial and fungal infections
- Epidemiology and public health perspectives in infectious diseases
- Emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases
- Diagnostics in infectious diseases: linking laboratory innovation to clinical decision-making
- Challenging and illustrative clinical cases in infectious diseases

!IMPORTANT! RULES FOR ABSTRACTS
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Please respect the FOLLOWING SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- The abstract must be limited to 300 words.
- The abstract must be submitted in both Romanian and English, in Word format, with a font size of 12, and 1.5 line spacing.
- The entire text should be formatted without paragraph indentation or other indentations.
THE ABSTRACT MUST INCLUDE:
- Title: Written in all capital letters, followed by a blank line. The title (including spaces) cannot be longer than 200 characters.
- Author Names: Written on one line, in the order: first name followed by last name (do not use professional/academic titles). The name of the author who will present the paper must be underlined. After the list of authors, there will be one blank line.
- Affiliation: The institution and city for both the first author and co-authors. This should be written on a single line, followed by a blank line. The first letter of each word should be capitalized.
- Keywords: A line with 3-5 keywords.
- Main Text: The text itself should follow the standard structure: introduction, materials and methods, results, and conclusions (avoid phrases like “the results will be presented”). The text must contain enough detail to justify the conclusion.
- All abbreviations must be explained upon their first use in the text.
- A maximum of one figure or one table is accepted. The figure/table must have a title, preceded by the label Fig. 1/Table 1.
